[All Platforms][Playlists] Bugged playlist makes app crash

I own Android, IOS and WP devices, and have installed the Spotify App in those three devices. After creating a playlist on WP but not adding any songs and leaving the app, a few month ago, I found myself unable to access the playlist screen without making the app freeze on my IOS device, and unable to delete the playlist on all my other devices. Each try would only result in crashing the app.

What could probably be causing this, and, more importantly, how could I get rid of this problem?

Problem:

-IOS: App freeze on opening playlist screen

-WP: App crash on trying to delete playlist

-Android: App crash on trying to delete playlist

Possible cause: Playlist creation process not completed

Could you try deleting the playlist with the issue using our desktop app?
