Another Spotify connect issue

I recently changed from iPhone to the new Samsung S8 ever since then none of my devices (phone, ipad, and iMac) will connect to the Denon amp using Spotify connect. If the amp is off then it appears in the device list, selecting it switches on the amp but no music, the app will then neither play or pause. If the amp is already on then it does not even show as an available device. Any help would be greatly apprieated. The issue remains regardless of whether the amp is connected using lan or wan. Port 4070 is forwarded to it. The amp is on a static ip. I have tried uninstalling and resetting every several times. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm at the end of my tether with it.

bump. 

Still having trouble. It seems to be an issue with the router. The iPad works, the phone works. The TV will not run the app whether it is wired or on wifi and the amp still will not work. Please help ........
