Appearing to be hacked

I recently had a problem with my Spotify account both on my computer and my windows phone where I kept getting on my playlists some music that I would'nt dream of listing to let alone put on my playlist (a load of what I think was dub step and asian / arab music). Then the other day I was listening on my computer and it suddenly stopped saying that my account was being used elsewhere ( I was the only person in the house using Spotify). So I immediately changed my password , which has helped my computer but although I have also signed out and signed back in on my windows phone I am still having problems with this on my phone . Can anyone help please????
