When you have synced a lot of playlists on your phone you usually need to unsync some of them for clearing up the space.

Hi - I'm being told this too, but it won't even let me open Spotify to unsync any playlists - ?
hmmm...I already tried uninstalling and re-installing Spotify but your second suggestion is mystifying me (I'm not quite that techie) - I've got my bb plugged into my PC but not sure how to "delete cached folders associated with Spotify"?
My screen is showing folders called "Browse" "Images" "Screen" "Users" then three [documents?] called "cache.timestamp" "index.dat" and "users.dat" ?
