[BB] BlackBerry 9300 missing playlists

Until last night, nothing shows up on my BlackBerry app. Over 1,000 songs, hundreds of playlists and not one has shown up. It says I have 0 starred tracks and 0 messages, yet everything is normal on my computer saying I have the right number of tracks and messages. Tried deleting and reinstalling, problem is still there..

i have the same problem, only my starred and inbox are on there....they do have all the starred music but i wna see my other playlists...
