BBC Playlister won't export to spotify

Hi I can't seem to export my playlist from bbc playlister to spotify. I've followed the instructions on the BBC's website, clicked on the playlister app etc. spotify opens on my laptop but nothing seems to happen. Running windows 8.1, and using explorer. Any help much appreciated.

I think that feature only works for users in the UK.
