Behind the Lyrics on Chromecast

My Question or Issue

 Behind the lyrics does not display on Chromecast, never has, when I cast from my Android phone. Behind the Lyrics does display when my daughter casts from her iPhone.

First up, let's make sure that you have Behind the Lyrics enabled on your phone. Please follow these steps to check:

1. Tap Your Library .
2. Tap Settings .
3. Make sure Behind the Lyrics is turned on.

Note: Behind the Lyrics is currently only available in English, on select songs and playlists.

Yes, it is enabled and does work on my phone...just not on Chromecast.

Can you check that your Chromecast device is fully up-to-date and that you have the latest version of Spotify installed?

If you're still having trouble, can you try performing a clean reinstallation of the Spotify app on your phone by following these steps?

Chromecast, Spotify and my phone are all up to date. Uninstalling and reinstalling Spotify does not fix the issue. Behind the Lyrics works on my phone when casting but doesn't show up on the TV. When my daughter casts spotify to the TV using her iPhone Behind the Lyrics shows up on the TV.
