Bug: Double-escaped HTML-encoded characters in web player playlist descriptions

Seeing this issue on the web player on Chrome on Linux but I suspect it presents itself on all browsers/OSs. The bug can be seen for instance on this playlist:

I have a solution to this one:

To add hyperlinks, add the link in between the quotation marks.

That didn't work for me! Exact same issue, just with quotations marks around the link:

Also the apostrophe earlier in the description is also double-escaped. I assume various other characters would be too.
