Can I control Spotify on my Marantz SR7007 using Android cellphone?

Hi,

Can I control Spotify on my Marantz SR7007 using Spotify on my Samsung cellphone? The reciever is connecetd to my home network (LAN) as well my cellphone (wi-fi). I find quite unconvinient to choose tracks on Marantz using its remote. I'd like to connect it to my phone, as well as it works with Spotify on PC. Secondly, I can't see Marantz in the list of devices on my phone. Does Marants support such a connection in anyway?

I have exactly the same issue.

I've asked Marantz and they told me that it should work, they conclude that problem is coming from spotify.

Spotify, please help us!

Spotify from Marantz remote is really unconvinient, and not being able to control Spotify from smartphone and listen on hifi is really bad!

I have an android smartphone as well.
