Can i sync or do I have to download again and again...

I have spotify premium and most if not all my music from spotify is saved to my phone (Galaxy S5)... I have spotify on my other phone and also my laptop too. They all stay in sync with created playlists etc yet the files are not available offline on laptop and other phone... can i sync them over to them or do i need to download on each device..? You know what i mean.... for example... so the wife can listen to our music when me and my phone are not around..?

To have music downloaded, you need to enable the "Available Offline" on each device!

The "sync" only ensures that if you added music to your playlist on a device, that/those songs be as well on the other device for online use.
