Can't Get Rid of This Artist!!

There's this artist that I listened to a couple of times. I'm not following him. He's not in my Artists list. None of his albums are in my Albums list. He's not in any of my Stations. Yet his songs play constantly.

No matter what artist I listen to, no matter what album I listen to, no what what playlist I listen to ... his music is always playing and once it starts that's all I'm going to hear until I shut down Spotify. This is crazy!

What do I have to do to stop this artist from playing? Spotify Premium is worthless to me like this.
