Can't change the playlist cover

I'm on the desktop app, and I can't seem to change the art for any of my playlists. It just gives the red alert that says "Failed to save playlist changes. Please try again." I can't tell what's wrong with what I'm doing. The image I tried using in the attached picture is only 107 KB, so it can't be the file size.

Can you confirm if you followed these exact steps?

We also suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
