Can't play any songs

Can't play any songs

I have been having toruble with my spotify since last week. No songs I select will play. When trying to play through the desktop app I get a blue bar that says "Can't play the current song." This occurrs for all songs, regardless of source. The web player is experiencing the same problem.

 

I've tried disabling hardware acceleration and the high quality streaming to no effect. I've tried downloading the songs as well, and though they download just fine they still don't play, in online or offline modes.

That sounds bad indeed...
Try logging out and back in. If that doesn't work, then here is a handful of methods to try. 🙂
