My Question or Issue

I can’t listen to any music. I try to play a song it won’t start, I’ve tried this on several devices and the same issue. When I get a song to play it just restarts on loop without me doing anything. I’ve tried reinstalling the application, restarting the device, changing the network they’re connected to and nothing is working

Just to confirm, are you still experiencing this? You mentioned you've tried a few things already, but would you mind checking off the steps listed in this support article?

 

If that doesn’t do the trick, we recommend going through a clean reinstall

I’ve tried the noted methods and reinstalled the application on multiple devices. I still experience the problem however it isn’t as often

Thanks for getting back to us 🙂

 

We would like to try with a few more troubleshooting steps. It's a good idea to head here and disconnect the Spotify account in the Alexa App or on desktop. Then you can log out of the Alexa app and reconnect. You can also set Spotify as default device. Are there any changes?
