Can't properly sign into PS4

I've had this issue with my PS3 that we couldn't seem to resolve but I bought a PS4 recently in hopes it'll work in here BUT I'm still getting the same error screen as I was on PS3. "Error connecting to PlayStation™Network Please try again later" I've tried uninstalling it, and reinstalling it. Nothing. I've tried changing my password but still, nothing happened, I've tried revoking access in hopes it'll ask me to sign back in, nothing. I've tried signing out of everything option. Still not working. I'm not sure what else to do. Is my account just broken in general? I have no problems anywhere on any of my phone devices, so, I don't know.

Are you still experiencing this or was this a temporary issue?

If yes, please check if there is an update for your console available that might fix this issue. ^^
