Can't remove greyed out song from Favorites

My Question or Issue

 I have a lot of songs in my saved favorites that are apparently not available on Spotify so they show up as greyed out. The problem is, selecting the heart icon to try to remove the track from my favorites does not do anything. The track stays and cannot be removed.  The file may have potentially been from my local library on my computer at some point. But I no longer have the files on my computer. I have tried turning off/on local files in preferences, as well as showing/unshowing unavailable songs in playlists. I have tried installing both the Windows 10 Spotify app and desktop program. Nothing has worked yet.

Select a the liked song and press Del key.
