Cant play playlists offline through Sonos

Hi,

Ive managed to download tracks and albums and get the green arrow thing but I can then play these albums offline through my Sonos.

I was hoping someone could give me step by step instructions explaining how to do this.

Unfortunately that is correct. Sonos doesn't stream from your device, it streams directly from Sonos via their own systems so Sonos can't access your offline content I'm afraid.
