Cant play songs form album

Is anybody konw why cant I listen to songs form this album: https://play.spotify.com/album/32RXoDFrgsYZkomVHnJrx0 ? I can see the tracks list but cant play any of them.

The songs are all greyed-out which means they are unavailable. I just checked and the album is not available in any country but the fact that it seems to be in the database could mean that the publishers are about to add it. Do the band or publishers have a fan page where you can ask them?
