Change PS3 account after the 14 days had expired

I have a problem in my PS3, I logged in with an old account and the 14 days that you can use outside the country had expired, and now I want to use another account and I can't, the message that the 14 days had expired continues in the screen and I can't use spotify in my PS3. I want to change to another account, please help me!
