Chromebook, Adobe Flash

I tried to open Spotify on my Chromebook, but I got a message saying that I needed to download Adobe Flash. But when I tried to, Adobe Flash was already on my Chromebook. Can someone help?

Hi, welcome to the community! I actually ran into this issue as well a little while ago in Chrome on Windows 10, but fortunately the solution was simple enough. Please check out this post and see if it helps you too! It should just be a matter of enabling flash on that page.

I'm having the same issue. Adobe flash IS ENABLED in Google Chrome but I still get the message I need to enable adobe flash before spotify will work. What gives? I'm running windows 10. I saw instructions to click on 'plugins' in upper right but I don't see any such thing in my window. Please be as specific as possible. I'm a self-taught computer newbie. TYTYTY
