Collaboration playlist contains different songs for different people

My Question or Issue

 

Hi,

 

My partner has started a collaboration playlist which im subscibed to however she sees less songs on it than me. This seems to have occured since she changed iPhones and so has had to re-log in.

New songs added seem to add ok but older songs seem to be missing from her. Only difference between my playlist and hers is all my songs are downloaded to my phone.

Hey @gregoryt2002,

 

This can happen if one of you is using Spotify in Offline Mode. Make sure that's turned off, and try having the playlist sorted in the same order. 

 

If that doesn't help, a quick reinstall might help.

Hey @gregoryt2002 this can also be because she has the setting "Show unavailable songs in playlists" turned off. 

 

Are you two in different countries by any chance? I would make sure you both have that turned on.
