Connection to Spotify lost...

Can anybody shed any light on the following issue: 

We have a 26 zone Sonos installation (24 connect:Amps & 2 Connects) all hardwired to Switches, using a Draytek router.

The problem we have is that when using spotify (or Rhapsody) we can browse tracks, queue them up but when the track starts to play we get the following message "unable to play *****, connection to spotify (or rhapsody) lost" in certain zones, while others work fine (the radio services work fine as does locally stored music)!

 

The problem has been logged with Sonos Support but they couldn't identify any issues with the set up & have escalated the issue.

 

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Did you ever fix this one? I've got it now myself and have gone through the same steps!
