Contacting Spotify led to blank page

I recently filled out the Contact Spotify form about an issue and it brought me to a blank page.

 

I'm on mobile (Moto G6 running Android 9), used the Brave app, and checking the box for Desktop site, disabling Brave's added features, reloading the page, and restarting the app didn't change this.

 

Attached is a screenshot showing the website that appeared as a blank page in my history.
