Hi there welcome to the community 🙂

You can do that by following these steps:

 - Create a new playlist if you haven't already

 - Go to your source playlist

 - Press ctrl/cmd A to copy all songs in your playlist

 - Drag them to your destination playlist

Hey @user-removed and welcome to the community 🙂

If you want to merge two accounts just use this contact form. The Spotify staff can do it for you.

The other option is to set all playlists public, then go to this profile with your other account and follow them (or duplicate them as @Jordi has stated). It's also possible to drag all of the tracks (CTRL/CMD+A) of a playlist to a txt-document and then drag them back into playlists with your other account.

EDIT: I came across the easiest solution of all. Look at this thread, especially point 3+4 and you know how to do it fast!
