Country Bank Account issues

Hello everyone, I have an issue with the Spotify Premium upgrade, I would like to start the free trial but when i fill in my bank details it says that the bank doesn't match the country I'm living in. I am Italian and I have an italian bank account but currently I'm living in Sweden and I'll be here until June. Any way of solving this without opening a Swedish bank account? Thanks in advance!

Go to spotify.com

If you are logged in with your account you click "edit profile"

Further down you can select Country.

If you set that to Italy instead of Sweden it should work
