Denon S910w no longer on Spotify

Denon S910w no longer on Spotify

I’m in Canada, premium Spotify and for some reason my Denon S910W receiver no longer appears under devices on Spotify (iPhone app, web app, etc).

A couple years ago my Pioneer disapeared, which is a know issue, but recently the Denon vanished too. The only way to play on it now is through Bluetooth or airplay.

Has anyone experienced this too??

PS: my sonos and amazon echo do show up and they are on the same network.

Hey @In2survive, help's here.

Let's try a couple of things. Try restarting all your devices (and speaker). Also, make sure that:

  • All devices are on the same WiFi network.
  • Your Spotify app is up-to-date.
  • You reinstall the app.
  • You restart the router.
  • All devices’ software is up-to-date. If you don't know, check with your devices' manufacturers for how to update the version software.

If possible, try switching between different networks and see if that helps.

Let us know how it goes 🙂

All devices are on the same wifi network, in fact I have 2 Sonos One and 2
Amazon Echo working on the same Wifi. App is up to date and web client on a
PC shows the exact same devices, only one missing is the Denon receiver.

I restarted everything (power cycle), changed iP address on the Denon (dhcp
to static), no change.
