Hi there. Since a few day a get an "Empty List" message when using Spotify on two different Denon Ceol Piccolo N5 and a "No Internet Connection" message on a Denon X4000.

 

Does anyone else has this problem and an solution?

I probably have the same issue on an Denon Ceol N8. Also got 'no network connection' when trying to start Spotify yesterday. After doing a reset of the device it won't login to Spotify account at all, without any error message , just starts over the registration/login process.

I have the same issue on a Ceol Piccolo since this afternoon: when resetting the Ceol, Spotify tries to connect to no avail: it shows "Empty List".

Network connection is fine as I am able to listen to Internet Radios

I have the same problem with DENON Piccolo DRA-N5. No possiblity to connect via Online Music function in my Denon. Is there any official announcemnt from Spotify? Is it any possiblity to contact Spotify and get the confirmation about the problem?

I'm getting the same thing also its showing I have a free account when I have the family plan. Everything I saved it gone too.
