Details for installing spotify on debian 9

At the moment Spotify for Debian 9 is often not as easy to install when following the given instructions from Spotify.

https://linuxconfig.org/how-to-install-spotify-on-debian-9-stretch-linux here is a better tutorial, you might want to add the help from the appendix to your instructions as they seem to occur very often (may be always when the user didn't "accidently" install those packages)

Yo realicé los siguientes pasos:

1# apt install dirmngr

2# wget http://security.debian.org/debian-security/pool/updates/main/o/openssl/libssl1.0.0_1.0.1t-1+deb8u6_a...

3# dpkg -i libssl1.0.0_1.0.1t-1+deb8u6_amd64.deb

4# sudo apt-get install spotify-client

De esa forma instalé Spotify en Debian 9.1.

That is exactly what is told in the given link. I only supposed to add that in the official instructions by Spotify.

as a side note, the package linked from that article is a bit old.  You can keep it up-to-date by using Jessie-backports as an apt-source (it's the last source with 1.0.0, but actually uses 1.0.2 to provide it)

so helpful, ty 😄
