My Question or Issue

I am unable to play Spotify via my Yamaha MusicCast devices.

Spotify is by far the main source I use on the MusicCast.

If this is a Yamaha issue I’m returning the products as unfit for purpose, the app instability is so frustrating.

My issue this time is:

Spotify Devices Available does not list either of my Yamaha MusicCast devices; WX-010, WXA-50.

Have tried resetting Spotify on each device from MusicCast app but says ‘Unable to reset’.

Have deleted and reinstalled both Spotify and MusicCast Apps.

 

Please help?!

Does the issue persist if you reset your home network?

Hello,

I have reset the Router but still not working. Does seem to be a WiFi issue though. Works fine over hardline.
