Discover Weekly Playlist includes a lot of songs I Have saved.

My Question or Issue

For the last three weeks, more than half of the songs on my Discover Weekly Playlists have been songs I either have or had saved in my songs library. I used to get maybe one or two songs I knew but recently half of the playlist is made up of songs I already had/have saved. Could this be an error in the algorithm?
