Downloading Playlist

Hey folks,

 I use spotify on a windows 10 phone (germany). Since one week, every time I restard, open the app, all files, playlists must be re downloaded again and again. I dont get it. Why? Got enough space on the extern card. Tried also offline/online mode but it doesnt change anything...I could cry. Any suggestions? Would be glad. Greetings. Marc

To start, can you let us know the version of Spotify you're using? In the meantime, you can try refreshing your offline devices by removing them here. Then, uninstall the app > reset your phone > reinstall the app.
