Dynamic playlists

Is there anyway with Spotify, perhaps with something 3rd party, for a dynamic playlist to exist that I would create, that would be of a certain size (x number of songs), that would remove songs that I'd already listened to recently and that would include songs from my collection and also ones that a recommendation service (the one that Spotify uses)?

The point of this would be to have a playlist that I could sync to my mobile device that would contain fresh music but also that which I know I like and for this to constantly change. I don't have the kind of data plan to stream while not on Wifi.

I tend to use the last.fm or lazify apps in the desktop Spotify but it's maybe not exactly what you are looking for.
