Error code 500 for concerts tab

There's a Spotify presale for Melanie Martinez tickets in my town, and it opened at 10 AM CST, but every time I try to open the concerts section, it says an error occurred in the app and error code 500 in the web player. I really wanna get tickets before it sells out, any and all help is greatly appreciated ❤️

Thanks for the post. 

Dont worry, the following steps should help 🙂

1. Log out from the app.

2. Reboot device.

3. Log back in again.

If the problem persists, try a clean reinstallation.
