Explicit commercials

Hi,

I wonder why the commercials playing in between song have to be explicit? when listening to childrens songs suddenly there is a promotion for a song called "**bleep**ing bitched in the hood" repeating the word **bleep** several times

Isnt there enough songs to promote without it having to be really bad to say the least...
