FORD Sync playback options no longer available.

Prior to last update I could use Ford Sync voice commands to "Choose Artist", "Choose Playlist", "Browse" etc. After latest spotify update these commands are no longer accessible, to confirm this when playing a track and selecteing the 'More' button, a list of the above options used to be available, now the only option avaiable is "Close Spotify". These missing features pretty much renders the Spotify Applink pointless and no better than standard bluetooth audio streaming. Can you please fix on next update.

To confirm I have fully reinstalled spotify on my phone and also master reset my sync system all to no avail.

After a master reset(again!) The sync system is hanging on loading when issuing a 'Choose Playlist' command and showing an 8hr countdown as shown in this video

Is there really nobody at spotify able to resolve my problem? Everything was perfect until approx 10 days ago.
