Genres & Moods - no classical nor jazz!

Hi all,

On my Android, I see Jazz and Classical musicc in Genres & Moods browsing options. It doesn't exist anymore on desktop version.

Is it possible to have it back?

What version of Spotify are you running? I've just had a quick check through mine and both Jazz and Classical are there.

I'm running the Spotify App through windows so maybe try that or updating the standalone to see if that refreshed it for you.

What country are you in? I've followed your link and I've got the option for both classical and jazz on my web interface.

What happens when you follow these links:

Following those links, I actually SEE the playlists of both jazz and classical. But again on the page Genres & moods, they are not there. I think that jazz used to be displayed before, but somehow has dissapeared.

Hmm, tis a strange one.

You've not started using a vpn or changed location have you? I know that effects what playlists are generated automatically?

No, nothing changed.
I checked it once again - on my android interface, the jazz and classical icons are between folk and travel; on the web, folk and travel are side by side, nothing between.

Well, ok, I can live with that 😕

Today, I have Jazz, but no Folk.

Classical still missing...

I'm having the same issue on web player not being able to see jazz genre, but the link worked for me.  This also just started happening in the last few days from my office computer.  Strange...

I also see no Jazz genre on web player's genres & moods page today (14 Nov 2017).
