If I have someone following my profile who I don't want to do it?

How do I do to delete him from my profile without contacting him?

May I ask you why don't you want him/her following you? If you don't want him/her to see your playlists, you can go to edit>prefrences and uncheck the box that says 'Automaticly make my playlists public'.
