How do I report a glitchy song?

I've noticed a song on Spotify that seems to be a bit glitchy, for want of a better word. There's a couple of moments in the song that have a funny skipping effect, which I don't think is an intended part of the song (I could be wrong though!).

The song is a cover of Perfect Day, by Metric (link: Metric – Perfect Day)

It glitches at 1:27 and 1:37.

Can anybody else hear these and think they're not an intended part of the song?

You can report any content errors/issues such as these directly to the Spotify content team using the instructions outlined in this topic. Once you have submitted a query, the content team will investigate and then pass any needed details over to the record label to request a correction/change if needed (so it can take some time unfortunately!).
