How to move tracks around the playlist in web browser player?

hi. i have been doing some searching regarding this and came upon an older thread from 2012 (https://community.spotify.com/t5/Desktop-Linux-Windows-Web-Player/Unable-to-move-tracks-around-playl...) which has a solution i'm looking for. however, i went to replicate the solution in browser and am unable to find any of the mentioned options, nor being able to drag the track into other places. 

has the ability to move tracks around been removed?

As far as I know, this feature has never been available on the web player.

You can definitely move tracks around in the desktop client (the solution works there) and probably on mobile clients as well.

ok thanks for the reply. i don't have the desktop version. i'll download it and try it out. i can't get it to work on mobile version (android) though. thanks.
