How to stop following playlist?

Hi

Sometimes I’m following playlist that I’m asume I’ve followed automatically when I’ve gave my permission/access to my Spotify account but when I’ve unfollowed next week/time I’m following new playlist and I don’t know how to stop it, I’ve checked in the app/permission section but nothing appears. 

Could someone please help how to do it?

I’ve a premium account

Does this happen often, or only after you unfollow one playlist?

Also, when you notice a new playlist that you’re following, is it similar to the one that you unfollowed?

It happened often, i've unfollow "x" playlist and then i've followed a
different one,
