My Question or Issue

Any time I try to listen any song or album, after the first song, Spotify starts playing automatically a random album or playlist that I've never seen before. So I have to choose all the time song by song the songs that I want. 

It also happens with plane mode (without internet) and starts downloading this random playlists. Please take a look in my account or fix it fast because I am paying for a premium service and it's not working right now

You might have some songs added to your queue, that's why it plays something different after the first song that you choose. 

I'd recommend performing clean reinstall of your Spotify app. It's different than regular reinstallation.
Just find your device in this article and follow the steps provided there.
