I can use chromecast to play songs but I cannot play the specific playlist

I can use chromecast to play songs but I cannot play the specific playlist.

It will say " your song cannot play becuase yor account is using by other deivce" 

However, when I play the other songs, it can chromecast it. only that playlist will have the voiceover and dont let me to chromecat it. I can play that playlist on my iphone and mac.

I tried reboot, reset everything, logout everything and even rename the wifi network.

Can anyone help ?
