I deleted all of my starred songs and haven't heard back from support

I deleted all of my starred songs and haven't heard back from support

Ok. So with the new feature of "my songs", i tried to copy and pasted all my starred songs into there. However, instead of crtl c and then v, i hit crtl x and then c. The x cut all the songs out, and the c copied the "blankness" thus clearing the previous clipboard. I lost all 1500 songs that I have been curating for a very long time. This playlist had much sentimentel value and I am very distressed about the situation. I contacted the support form, but it's been 24 hours and I have yet to hear back. Maybe I'm being impacient, but considering I am a long time paying customer I think I at least deserve to hear from an employee.I deal with stressful issues by going and listening to music, and now all of my favorite songs are gone...
