I got some problem....Samsung Omnia 7

Hi everyone, I got my skipe account over 6 month ago. Actually, in the october 19th should have been the due date of the 6 month. but according to the new Terms and Condition i should start have 10 hour per month to listen music free but on my phone there is always the tile offline mode. how can I fix it 

PS. MY KEYBOARD IS NOT WORKING VERY WELL I HOPE YOU CAN UNDERSTAND. I AM ITALIAN XD

There is no free spotify available for mobile devices in Europe unless you coult the 30 day premium trial. In USA, mobile users can use spotify radio on mobile devices but, in europe, the only way you can use spotify on a mobile device is to take a premium subscription.
