I have several questions concerning Spotify on Windows Phone 8

I have a Nokia Lumia 635 which runs on Windows Phone 8 and I downloaded Spotify on it earlier today. It seems a whole lot different to Spotify for Windows 8 laptops like my Asus X501A. I have a few questions concerning the app on Windows 8 phones:

1. Can you fast forward and rewind music?
2. Can you play music without shuffle playing?
3. Do you have to pay for Spotify for it to not shuffle play?
4. Can you listen to what song you want without Spotify Premium?

Hello & welcome to the community!

All those actions you mentioned need you to have Premium.

With Premium, you will be able to play without shuffle, and you will be able to fast forward or rewind the songs you are hearing.

Basically that sums up everything because some of your questions are the same but in an "inversed" way.
