Importing a CSV file to Spotify

Hi

I've just Java scripted and created a CSV file of all my track names from Google play. I want to now import this CSV into spotify.

I've seen the Ivy API has currently out of action. Does anyone have access to any other kind of API which can create a playlist based on a CSV?

I'd hate to have created the script for nothing.

I am using this tool to import playlist from different source ( CSV included ), 

( sometimes it bugs when you import more than 100 songs )

Me too. I would appreciate the ability to import a csv file to product a Spotify playlist.
