Inaccessible created playlists

I created a playlist in Canada with my original canadian account. Then I moved down here to Mexico and spotify deny access to edit my playlist because you can only use your foreign account for 14 days.  So? I got premium here in Mexico however I cannot edit the playlist i created up there. Does anybody know if I possibly can edit it somehow or another? If I can still own it? Thanks.

Or how can I copy or transfer all the songs of an existing playlist into another I created?
