Itunes playlists won't play through to Sonos devices

Hi,

 

I'm wondering if it's just me or if there is something else going on. I recently imported a number of iTunes playlists into Spotify. When I play those playlists I am unable to then play them through any of my Sonos devices and I'm not sure (1) why the issue is happening and (2) where I should look to troubleshoot the issue (assuming it can be fixed). Any feedback would be helpful!

There are two solutions online for this. The first one is to contact Sonos support and have them help you through it. The second is to download and older version of Spotify.
