Keep getting a message that I cannot play songs

I'm at work and listening to an album (on computer). Suddenly stops and I am told "Song is not available. If you have the file on your computer you can import it"

 

It was just working a few minutes ago. I 'saved' the album but nothing changes. And, apparently you cannot contact Spotify directy - unless I'm just not seeing the link to do so. Anyone able to help?

We’d like to know a bit more about what’s happening. Can you let us know what’s the device, operating system and version of Spotify you’re using? We’ll see what we can suggest.

How are you getting on, is your Spotify misbehaving still?
If so, can you fire over the info as requested above?
