Keeps on interrupting each others Spotify experience

Hi, I hope someone can help. I'm getting frustrated as it happens a lot. We have separate personal accounts on Spotify but use the same Sonos system to listen at home. Now, whenever we both uses Spotify at the same time, my boyfriend via and me through phone, it pauses and keeps on showing that our accounts are being used somewhere else. What to do? Help, please.

To check, are you both definitely logged in to your own accounts when attempting to use it? Are you both trying to connect to the same Sonos system at the same time?

 

We'd suggest you both go to each of your Account Overview pages, and click 'Sign Out Everywhere'. Then, both sign into your own accounts on your own devices again.

 

Once this is done, each try connecting and disconnecting to the Sonos system in turn.
